Working Capital Loan
Working Capital Loans are granted by the branch to its high-quality borrowers to meet their reasonable continuous capital usage requirements in daily operations with their future comprehensive revenues and other legal earnings as loan repayment sources.

Syndication Loan
Global syndication is a way of providing financing to the same borrower in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions under the same loan agreement by a banking syndicate.

Project Financing
A loan released to the borrower for the investment in fixed asset with regards to financing new property, extension or renovation of the existing property, new development or acquisition which the coverage of future debt depends on future cash flow generated from financed assets at least more than 50 %.

M&A Financing
M&A loan refers to the loan granted for meeting the needs of an acquirer for paying transaction price in an M&A transaction, with the subsequent cash flows of the acquired enterprise, consolidated income or other legal income of the acquirer as the source of repayment.

Real estate Loan
A loan released to the borrower for the construction, renovation, modernization or acquisition of residential property, commercial property such as hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, and related facilities.

Credit Business Against Cross-border Guarantee
Credit Business Against Cross-border guarantee refers to the credit business handled by the Chinese and Foreign institutions as the guarantor assuming cross-border guarantee responsibility and the Chinese and Foreign institutions as the creditor by accepting cross-border guarantee.
